1. Call us or request a quote
More than simply a quote system, our FlexQuote is a fast and easy way to get the information you need! Use it to request more information on the product you’re looking for. Already know what you need? Use it to get your rental started.
2. Build your rental solution
Our team works with you to build the rental solution you’re looking for. Whether you need help with accessories and peripherals, or are looking for bulk orders and wondering about our discounts, we can help.
3. Receive your order with return labels. Be sure to save them!
When you receive your order, make sure you hold onto the FedEx return labels and keep them in a safe spot until it’s time to send your hardware back to us.
4. Enjoy your rental!
Contact your rep with any questions that may arise during the length of your rental term. We’re on call to address any of your needs before, during, and after the rental!
5. Pack & return
When your rental term is over, simply repack the hardware and add the return labels we sent to the front of the box. Then return your rental to any FedEx office or your shipping department for FedEx pickup.*
*You must verify your pickup. Rental is not considered returned until it is in FedEx’s possession.
6. Rinse & repeat
