When a non-profit educational association contacted Vernon for help with an upcoming local event, we were happy to assist with their plans. Their annual event for students was on the horizon, and their event planners needed projector rentals for presentations that would be given to students. What did they need?

The Association had a couple of firm requests for their event. Part of the event included over 60 break-out sessions, wherein staff were to give self-made presentations. The projectors provided needed to support both VGA and HDMI connections, which are the most common external hook ups for the devices the presenters would be bringing.
