Samsung to Launch New Products this Year

The launch of a few new products has recently been announced by Samsung. New sound systems and speaker docks will be introduced by the company.

The new launches range from iPod docks to 7.1 channel home theatres.

Several types of home theatre systems will also be released by Samsung. These include an HT-E5500 Blu-ray home theater system, a HW-E550 sound bar and HT-E6730W. 　HT-E6730W is the very first product from Samsung to be provided with a digital amplifier and vacuum tube. The HT-E6730W comes with a center channel speaker, two tower stereo speakers, a subwoofer and two satellite speakers.

The features employed in the HT-E5500W　are not as powerful as those in HT-E6730W. HT-E5500W　comes with 5.1 channels. A vacuum tube amplifier has not been provided in this home theatre system.

However, a Blu-ray player is fitted into the device, capable of handling 3D content as 3D sound features of Samsung have been included in the system. The device enables automatic picture adjustments, allowing audio tracks to be matched to 3D content with ease using the 3D sound features.

The HW-E550 can be used in two different ways. Users can place it below an HDTV. It works like a normal soundbar in such cases. Another way of using the HW-E550 is by splitting it into two standing speakers. This feature is quite unique – not many sound bars in the market have this feature.
