Computer Rental: Two New PCs Introduced by HP
Hewlett Packard has released two new PCs already this year. It seems the company aims at focusing on PCs rather than portable devices, which are currently in great demand. The new offerings from HP will be displayed at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. One of the PCs is an all-in-one desktop PC, HP Omni. It has been designed especially for families. The PC was released on January 8. HP introduced another PC called the HP Pavilion HPE h9 Phoenix. It is a tower style device for gamers. Chris Connery, an analyst at a California-based research firm stated that all-in-one PCs are increasing in demand. The chassis of the devices in this category come with all computer parts with exception of the mouse and keyboard. The demand for all-in-one PCs increased by 39 percent last year. The new HP Omni comes with a 27-inch screen, fully equipped with Beats Audio technology has been provided in the computer. In addition, it also comes with an HDMI TV connection and a Blu-ray disc drive. The new gaming device from HP, Pavilion HPE h9 Phoenix comes with a more powerful configuration. According to a senior product manager of HP, the device can handle about 16 gigabytes of memory. This will offer smooth gaming experience. HP is including a digital-music enhancing technology, Beats by Dre, in all its laptops and PCs. The company hopes that this technology will enable HP products to stand apart in the market from other devices.
