Gamers Get Sharp Edge With Razer Laptop Rentals
A good gaming rig has never been cheap, and that fact remains true even today. In an area where the dominance of PC is wavering and major manufacturers (ahem, HP) are going out of business, there is one segment that is steadfastly loyal to the PC. And large brands couldn’t hurt to begin catering to this influential demographic. Sony, Blizzard and other major game manufacturers craft their opuses to fit the PC platform and that’s something that probably wont’ be changing anytime soon. A marked exception is Microsoft, which often dual purposes its titles for release on the Xbox as well as the PC. Regardless of a game’s origin, most modern-day titles have several intensive requirements. When played on a system lacking the necessary hutzpah, users will experience slow frame loading times and a general lack of performance. Not fun. If you’ve ever listened to the nerd rage expressed in the famed “Leroy Jenkins” video, you know just how agitated gamers can get when their gameplay is interrupted by ineptitude of any kind. Whether its from other players – or a faulty system – the wroth can be quite fearsome. That’s where a solid gaming rig comes in. By investing in the latest systems with top-of-the-line graphics cards and processors, they can guarantee the optimal in performance. And for large-scale, professional gaming events, which Vernon and its affiliates often sponsor, it’s these monster machines that are often favored. Certain brands have always dominated the market – Alienware comes immediately to mind. But that isn’t the only option out there. Razer has released a new “blade” laptop that features a cool new feature known as the “Switchblade User Interface.” It’s basically just a fancy peripheral package that allows for the usage of ten dynamic, adaptive tactile keys that can be macro’d to in-game commands. There’s also an LCD display built in to the keyboard, which can be used as a display or a traditional mouse, depending on need. According to the CEO of Razer, Min-Liang Tan, “The Razer Blade is a revolutionary innovation that truly defines the new standard for gaming experiences on a laptop.” We’ll go so far as to agree, and welcome the possible addition of these rigs to our laptop rental inventory. |
